In 2002, Scott struck out on his own with this remarkably “user friendly” custom building group, Chesapeake Bay Homes. An experienced custom home builder himself, Scott has surrounded himself with a great experienced staff of employees and trade partners who share the same professional ideas, beliefs, and craftsmanship to assist you in every step of your construction process.
Specializing in waterfront custom built homes, Chesapeake Bay Homes will build on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, as well as Carroll County, Cecil County, Harford County and Baltimore County. In Delaware, we build in Kent County, Newcastle County and Sussex County. In addition, we build in York County and Lancaster County in south Central Pennsylvania.
In addition to designing and constructing custom built homes, we also build new modular homes and design and install home remodeling projects and home additions.
