Chesapeake Bay Homes is a Design/Build custom and modular home builder. That means we have our own architect and an in-house design staff that we work with to design your custom home or other project, working closely with you to design your dream home, home addition or remodeling project.
Our Staff includes more than 100 years of accumulated experience in Building Design. We will design your custom built home around your vision to reflect your personality and style in every detail.
Our modular home partners’ engineering staff can convert your customized blue prints into modular home plans.
Our resume in design, renovating and remodeling also includes kitchens and bathrooms, club basements, wet bars and wine cellars, first and second story home additions, decks and sunrooms, parent and in-law wings, garages and lofts, and fire and water restoration.
Most designs can be brought to life with our computer generated 3-Dimensional software.
